Hydrotherapy Spa Entry Reservations

• Although unlimited, members must call or text in advance for each reservation.
  

  Automatic Monthly Payment Agreement

• Membership payments shall be made monthly by direct debit from the member’s designated credit/debit account. This information will be kept securely on file by Banya 5.

  
  Membership Holds

• Membership holds must be at least 1 month and no longer than 3 months in duration.

  
  Membership Cancellation by Client

• The fee for cancelling a membership prior to the end of the membership’s total term is equal to 1 month of membership dues + any unpaid dues remaining at the time of termination.

  Termination or Suspension of Membership by Banya 5

• Banya 5 reserves the right to cancel or suspend the membership of any member in event of the following:

  • The member commits a breach of this agreement or any signed agreement or waiver with Banya 5.

  • Where any monies due to Banya 5 by the member remain unpaid for 2 weeks after its due date for payment.

  • The member knowingly provides false information when enrolling in membership and the false information would have reasonably affected Banya 5’s decision to grant membership.

  • If Banya 5 terminates this agreement for any reason, the remainder of the member’s current monthly membership fees will not be refunded.

  Terms & Conditions

• Banya 5 reserves the right to vary, add or eliminate any of the services and facilities provided at any time, for any reason.

• Banya 5 reserves the right to set aside facilities for social activities and private events.

• Banya 5 reserves the right to close or modify facility hours with or without notice.

• Banya 5 will be closed for annual maintenance during July each year. The exact date and duration of the closure, along with changes in membership dues will be noted at least one month prior to closure.
