Services

Based on the service scheduled you are required to arrive and check in as follows:

• 45-60 minutes prior to a scrub treatment and 20-30 minutes prior to a massage appointment
• Guests that arrive late will not be guaranteed the full treatment time.
• Arrive early and enjoy! By doing so, you will receive the full therapeutic effect when using the facility prior to your scheduled service.
• If you need to cancel your Spa appointment, we require a 24 hour notice to avoid a service charge. In the event of a no-show the full service rate will be charged.

Banya Elements

As our philosophy is "Clean, Safe, and Friendly", we appreciate your  assistance and value you as our guest.

When in the sauna it is important to stay clear of all the brick oven and the outer surfaces. They are extremely hot may cause severe burns if touched. As it is stated in our waiver, Banya 5 is not responsible for an injuries do to the above element.

Guests are not permitted to bring food and/or alcohol into the Banya.

Anyone who enters the facility and appears visibly intoxicated will be denied admittance to the Banya.

Health concerns:  If you are pregnant, have diabetes, heart conditions, pace makers, anemia, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or other heath conditions; please consult your physician prior to using the Banya and/or receiving services. This is for your safety.

Swimsuits are required on all co-ed days.

Children 6-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian per Health Department codes.

Showering prior to using the facility and/or receiving body treatments is required.

All areas in the facility close 15 minutes prior to closing time, please head to the Locker Room at this time.

Please be kind and respectful to all our guests by limiting public displays of affection and refraining from horseplay.

Banya 5 in search of a Handyman. Position to include continued maintenance and minor repairs as needed throughout the facility. Skills to include: minor electrical, minor plumbing, drywall repair, and painting. We are looking for an individual who is mechanically inclined; experience working with pools is a plus however is not necessary. We are in need of someone to possibly work part time, but more likely on-call.
