Andrea Menendez, LMT

Andrea graduated from Discovery Point School of Massage in 2020 and completed mentorship with Dawn Schimdt to learn specialized Myofascial and intra oral modalities and techniques in 2022. She is devoted to continuous improvement and has since completed studies in myofascial release, cupping therapy, table Thai, pregnancy, and Swedish massage. Her next step as a massage therapist is studying Thai massage in Thailand.

With holistic, whole-body approach to her massage, Andrea loves specializing in supporting increased mobility in the legs, glutes, neck, shoulders, and arms by soothing and releasing connective tissue throughout the body. Andrea is excited to help each client according to their individual needs in their health journey to provide relief for the stresses of daily life.
